Experience:

A complete acrylic painting journey designed for beginners, developing painters, and experienced artists who want to build their skills from the ground up while gradually developing their own artistic voice.
 

The full course brings together the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels into one continuous learning experience. You’ll move from understanding materials and colour theory, through studying different painting styles, to creating original artworks based on your own ideas.
 

Approach:

Learn alongside professional artists through a combination of structured guidance, practical exercises, art history, experimentation, and independent practice.
 

The course develops progressively. You’ll begin by learning how to use acrylic materials, understand colour, and build essential painting techniques. You’ll then explore different artists and painting styles through reproductions before moving towards your own creative ideas and artistic decisions. Assignments, learning modules, and e-books allow you to continue learning between sessions and build a deeper understanding of painting over time.
 

Structure:

The Full Course combines three stages of learning:
 

• Basic: Build a strong foundation in acrylic painting. Learn how to use materials, explore practical colour theory, and develop essential painting techniques through guided exercises and art-historical references.

• Intermediate: Create 4 reproductions in different painting styles, using the work of other artists as a way to explore new techniques, approaches to colour, composition, brushwork, and surface.

• Advanced: Create 4 original artworks based on different art prompts. Experiment with different painting mediums, develop your ideas, and work towards a more personal artistic language and voice.
   

Each stage includes a private online feedback session, giving you the opportunity to review your progress and receive personalised guidance. Assignments throughout the course encourage you to keep practising and developing your work outside the studio.
